StoryShare: Creative Engagement for Seniors
About StoryShare
StoryShare is a story-based outreach service for Calgary and area seniors that aims to enhance participants’ quality of life and deepen their connection to the community through the sharing of stories.
From September 2020 to June 2023, StoryShare was funded by the Federal Government through the Calgary Seniors Resource Society. During the life of the project, our storytellers delivered StoryShare services to over 1,000 Calgary and area seniors. Service deliveries are ongoing for a fee (see right for details).
StoryShare services are delivered by professional storytellers, all of whom are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and obtain a Police Information Check. Service requests can be made via our online request form: click here.
